For Self Exploration, the Tunisian artist is focused here on existential alchemy; processing grief, encountering the unknown, and (possibly) experiencing growth through his simplistic and downtrodden approach to sound composition. Anasisana constructs a plaintive sonic trajectory; leading in with harsher passages before settling into the restrained yet powerful ambient approach that we have come to love about Anas’ work.
